Residential Solicitor
Take ownership of your own residential caseload while helping to grow a well-established Woking team with genuine plans for expansion. This is a chance to develop your career in a supportive firm that values quality work, strong relationships, and long-term progression.
You will join the residential property team, managing a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion. You will work closely with colleagues, referrers, and clients, contributing to both excellent client outcomes and the continued growth of the Woking office.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Running a full residential conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Managing files independently while meeting financial targets and service standards
• Ensuring all matters comply with regulatory and internal compliance requirements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and professional referrers

We're Looking For

• Strong technical experience in residential conveyancing at around 3PQE+
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with confidence
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
• 2-3 years' PQE preferred, but experienced Residential Property Executives are also encouraged to apply
