Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and related documents.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout each transaction.

We're Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor with 3PQE+ in residential conveyancing.
• Excellent client care skills with a professional and personable approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines confidently.
• A collaborative mindset, keen to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
