Residential Solicitor
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected, long-established law firm with a strong reputation across Surrey. You will play an important role in delivering quality legal services to a diverse client base, ranging from individuals to large organisations. You'll have the support of an experienced team while enjoying autonomy in managing your caseload.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a range of property matters from initial instruction through to completion
• Providing clear cost estimates and regular updates to clients
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression of transactions
• Handling pre- and post-exchange work including title reviews, enquiries, completion statements, and registrations
• Supporting colleagues within the Property department and attending networking or business development events as needed

We're Looking For

• A qualified Residential Solicitor with 4PQE+
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and the SRA's procedural requirements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple files efficiently
• A client-focused approach with a commitment to providing clear, practical advice
• Proactive and adaptable, with an interest in professional development and teamwork
