Residential Solicitor
A long-established firm with presence across Hertfordshire, Essex, and Cambridgeshire is looking for an experienced solicitor to join the team. You'll handle a broad range of conveyancing work from initial instruction through to post-completion. You'll manage your own caseload with administrative support and access to efficient case management tools.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
• Conducting searches, liaising with clients, agents, and lenders
• Ensuring full compliance with conveyancing quality standards
• Working alongside other legal professionals in a supportive environment

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
• Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using conveyancing software and digital case management tools
