Residential Solicitor

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients clearly and effectively, ensuring high levels of service and compliance.
• Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently.
• Contributing to the team's ongoing success and supporting colleagues when required.

We're Looking For

• A qualified solicitor with experience in residential property law.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage files independently while working within a supportive team.
• Commercial experience (desirable but not essential).
