Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfers, mortgages, and other documents
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and professional standards

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong client care skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
• Excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage multiple matters effectively
