Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and other key documents with precision
• Liaising closely with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth communication throughout each transaction
• Contributing to the firm's reputation for high-quality, personal legal service

We're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong client communication skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage files independently while maintaining excellent service standards
• A proactive, organised approach and a commitment to accuracy and client care
