Residential Solicitor

Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity from start to finish
• Managing your own files with accuracy, care, and attention to deadlines
• Communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to move matters forward smoothly
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements at all stages of each transaction

We're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor with 2PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confidence in managing a varied caseload independently
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with a commitment to client service
