Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity from start to finish
• Running your own files with autonomy while contributing to team success
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
• Maintaining exceptional attention to detail, ensuring compliance and risk management

We're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor with 5PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confidence in running a varied caseload independently
• Excellent organisational skills and precise attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both with clients and colleagues
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with commitment to client service
