You'll be joining an experienced residential property team, handling your own caseload while working closely with approachable colleagues and accessible partners. The firm values clear communication, attention to detail, and delivering a high standard of service to every client.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
• Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensuring all files are compliant with regulatory and firm-wide procedures

We're Looking For

• A qualified solicitor with 3PQE+ in residential
• Proven experience handling residential property matters independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• A well-organised approach with good attention to detail
• Confidence working with case management systems and property searches
