Qualification: Solicitor preferred, but licensed conveyancers and experienced non-qualified lawyers will also be considered

Based in spacious, modern offices in , East London, the firm offers a supportive, close-knit team environment and a diverse, high-quality client base.

About the Role:
This is a confidential hire for a motivated lawyer with a minimum of two years' total property law experience. You will be joining a thriving property department with an existing caseload. The firm is open to candidates with either commercial or residential property backgrounds - or both.

Key Responsibilities (Commercial Property):

• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial sales and acquisitions
• Development transactions
• Secured lending and refinancing

Key Responsibilities (Residential Property):

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Drafting and negotiating leases
• Lease extensions and management work
• Acting for lenders on secured lending transactions

Candidate Profile:
We're seeking a proactive, reliable lawyer with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a caseload independently. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on property law experience (commercial and/or residential)
• Strong technical ability and up-to-date knowledge of property law
• Exceptional client care skills
• A methodical, organised approach and a strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
