Opportunity for a talented 1-2 PQE Associate to join a highly regarded Residential team within a leading Real Estate department. This is an exciting opportunity to work on premium residential property transactions and build your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role
As an Associate in their Residential team, you will handle a broad range of high value residential property matters, including:

• High end residential sales and purchases ranging from £1.5m to £45m
• Secured lending matters acting for prestigious private banks
• A variety of landlord and tenant matters
• Providing commercially focused, high quality advice to an elite client base

You will collaborate with experienced partners and senior lawyers who are recognised experts in the field, giving you exposure to sophisticated work from day one.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking an individual who is:

• 1-2 years PQE with strong residential property experience
• Technically skilled, commercially minded, and detail oriented
• Highly motivated, personable, and enthusiastic about building a long term legal career
• Able to manage clients confidently and provide exceptional service
• Keen to develop expertise within a high?performing Real Estate practice
