Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer | Oxford | 2+ PQE

I am currently working with a top-tier, leading law firm in the region that is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team in Oxford. They are open to speaking with Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with 2+ years' PQE, at Associate through to Senior Associate level.

This is a permanent position within a busy and supportive conveyancing team acting for a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers and home movers through to investors with property portfolios. The firm operates a hybrid working structure, with around three days per week in the office following successful completion of probation.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload while working closely with colleagues across the team. The role involves handling matters from instruction through to completion and ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
• Building strong relationships with clients and managing expectations around timelines and outcomes
• Handling transactional matters efficiently while maintaining a high level of client service
• Supporting junior members of the team where appropriate
• Developing relationships with clients, referrers and contacts in the local market

Candidate Profile

The firm is keen to speak with individuals who:

• Are a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
• Have solid residential property experience and can manage their own files
• Demonstrate strong client relationship and communication skills
• Are organised and able to manage a busy caseload effectively
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team
