Our client are currently seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer to the team in Shaftesbury, Dorset. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and excellent opportunities for professional growth.
Role Overview:
As a key member of the Residential Conveyancing team, you will manage a diverse caseload encompassing:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• New builds and shared ownership schemes
• Lease extensions and rural property transactions

You will work closely with the Head of Department to deliver high-quality legal advice and maintain a profitable caseload. The role also involves engaging in marketing and networking activities to promote the firm's services.
Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Proven ability to handle a varied and complex caseload independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a flexible approach and a commitment to delivering results
• Proactive in marketing and business development efforts
