Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive

Location: Tunbridge Wells & Cranbrook
Contract: Full-time (part-time considered)
Salary: £45,000 - £58,000 FTE (pro-rata for part-time)

A well-regarded regional firm is seeking a motivated Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join its Residential Property team across its Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook offices.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• New build transactions

• Shared ownership matters

• Land transactions

You will:

• Liaise with estate agents and financial advisers to ensure smooth transactions

• Deliver clear, practical advice to clients

• Manage financial aspects of files, including quotations, billing and cashflow

• Build long-term client relationships

• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team

About You

• 2-8 years' PQE in residential property (or equivalent experience)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, collaborative team player

• Client-focused with high professional standards

• Comfortable with case management systems and legal tech

• Commercial property experience advantageous but not essential
