About the Role:
A leading London law firm is expanding its property team and is looking to bring in a talented Property Solicitor. The team handles a varied mix of residential and commercial property matters, working with individual clients, investors, and corporate entities. This is an exciting opportunity for solicitors at any stage of their career, from NQ to experienced PQE, to join a supportive team and grow their practice.

Responsibilities:

• Acting on residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish
• Managing your own caseload with autonomy while receiving mentorship from senior colleagues
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and related documentation
• Advising clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and investment opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor (NQ - 5+ PQE)
• Experience in residential and/or commercial property work
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own files
• Client-focused with excellent communication skills
