An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, CILEX, or Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a busy, well-established, and highly regarded law firm. The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision. This will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build and Help to Buy transactions
• Shared ownership
• Lease extensions and equity release

The team prides itself on providing a high-quality, client-focused service and is supported by efficient case management systems and experienced administrative support.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX), or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience handling a broad residential conveyancing caseload
• Be able to work independently and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
• Be proactive, organised, and committed to delivering excellent client care
• Thrive in a collaborative and positive working environment
