Residential Property Solicitor - 4+PQE
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you'll manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You'll handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, supported by modern case management systems and access to guidance from experienced colleagues.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Running your own residential conveyancing files from initial enquiry to post-completion
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process
• Using a case management system to maintain accurate file records and meet deadlines
• Supporting business development by nurturing referral relationships and attending local networking events

We're Looking For

• 4+PQE
• Strong track record in freehold and leasehold transactions
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and accurately
• Clear communicator with excellent client care skills
• Commercially aware, with experience in networking and BD activities
