Known for delivering practical, client-focused legal services, the firm is committed to building strong, long-lasting client relationships and fostering a culture of continuous professional development.

The Role

The role will involve handling a full residential conveyancing caseload and contributing to the team's continued growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with complex transactions, including leasehold properties and lease extensions
  • Supporting registration processes when the post-completion team is unavailable
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory and firm-specific procedures

  • Engaging in business development and networking activities to help attract new clients and referrers
  • Representing the firm professionally and maintaining its reputation for high standards of client care

Candidate Requirements

  • A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential property
  • Experience in lease extensions and complex residential transactions
  • Previous experience managing or supervising junior team members is desirable but not essential
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A confident and approachable manner, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with LEAP and digital dictation is an advantage

Benefits
The firm offers a competitive remuneration package, including:

  • Performance-related bonus
  • Company pension scheme
  • Group life assurance
  • 26 days' annual leave, with the option to purchase up to five additional days
  • Private healthcare scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • On-site parking
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and career development
