Residential Property Solicitor

• Handling residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local estate agents and other referrers of work
• Managing workloads to achieve financial targets while maintaining excellent client care
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, systems, and regulatory requirements

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 3PQE+ in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative approach to working within a team
• Confidence in building external relationships and growing the department
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively and meet targets
