Residential Property Solicitor - Associate/Senior Associate

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in the Thames Valley region is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing team at Associate or Senior Associate level, depending on experience.

This is a key role within a forward-thinking firm, ideal for a technically strong solicitor who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and ambitious team aligned with the wider strategic objectives of the firm.

The Opportunity:
The successful candidate will take on an established caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Shared ownership and high-value residential matters

The role also offers the chance to contribute to the development of new client and referrer relationships as the team continues to expand its presence beyond the Thames Valley.

The Team:
The solicitor will be joining a collaborative and experienced team comprising 5 fee earners and 6 paralegals. The team works both independently and together to provide high-quality legal services. There is a clear opportunity to take on existing client relationships and help shape the future direction of the department.

Candidate Profile:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong residential conveyancing experience
• Capable of managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client service and relationship management skills
• Commercially aware, with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Comfortable participating in business development initiatives
