Your day-to-day will include:

• Meeting clients, taking clear instructions, and advising on fee structures and legal requirements
• Drafting documentation accurately and progressing cases efficiently through to completion
• Managing files in line with compliance requirements including AML, GDPR, and professional conduct rules
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties to ensure smooth case progression

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property law
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to explain legal matters clearly
• Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining attention to detail
