Residential Conveyancer - Fee Earner
Location: Farnham (Hybrid)
Salary: From £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

A top firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Property department in Farnham. This is an exciting role for someone confident managing their own caseload and looking to work in a supportive, collaborative team environment.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new builds, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.

• Deliver excellent client care and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout their transactions.

• Maintain accurate records and manage billing effectively.

• Attend the Farnham or Gatwick office as required while enjoying hybrid working flexibility.

• Support the development of the conveyancing department, particularly with potential expansion at the Gatwick office.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or highly experienced conveyancer.

• Strong experience in residential conveyancing with the ability to manage a caseload independently.

• Organised, proactive, and client-focused.

• Interested in contributing to business development and departmental growth.
