The Role

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (with a dedicated paralegal to assist you)
• Handling both sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, as well as re-mortgage and transfers of equity.
• Playing a key role in a fast-paced, growing department where your contribution is valued

About You

• A minimum of three year's experience as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer.
• Proven track record managing your own caseload.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to managing competing priorities.
• Experience using a case management system.
