Residential Conveyancer

Location: Wanstead, East London
Salary: £42,000 - £60,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
Working Pattern: 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH

A well-established, full-service law firm in East London is looking to add a skilled Residential Conveyancer to its growing property team. Based in their Wanstead office, this role offers long-term stability, a strong pipeline of work, and a performance-based bonus structure.

Whether you're newly qualified or bring years of experience, the firm is open to all PQE levels as long as you can run a residential caseload confidently from instruction to post-completion.

Role Overview:

You'll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Right to buy/shared ownership
• New builds

You'll have administrative support and access to an efficient, tech-enabled system to help deliver high standards of client care and file progression.

About You:

• You're a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner
• Able to manage your own caseload from start to finish
• Confident working independently but also collaborative within a close-knit team
• Strong client communication skills and commercially minded
