Residential Property lawyer/Conveyancer

Chelmsford, Essex | Full-Time

We're working with a welcoming and supportive firm that genuinely values its people. With continued growth in their Chelmsford office, they're looking for an experienced Residential Property lawyer/Conveyancer (3+ PQE) to join the team.

The Role

You'll manage your own caseload and covering:

• Sales & purchases (freehold & leasehold)
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Files from instruction through to post-completion

You'll have autonomy, backed by a collaborative and experienced team.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident handling a busy caseload independently
• Strong communicator with excellent client care
• Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
• Keen to get involved in networking and business development
