The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Advising clients on re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
• Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and referrers

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
• 2+ years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive and team-focused approach
