£35,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)



About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Residential Property Lawyer to join our clients expanding property team in Tunbridge Wells. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 1+ years PQE who is confident managing their own caseload and eager to progress their career in a supportive and professional environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload across all residential conveyancing matters, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New builds and shared ownership properties
  • Land transactions
  • Maintain regular communication with estate agents, financial advisors, and clients.
  • Clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients.
  • Maintain sound financial control including billing, cashflow, and funds on account.
  • Produce accurate, timely conveyancing quotations.
  • Achieve targets relating to time recording, billing, and cost recovery.
  • Deliver outstanding client care and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Contribute to business development and participate in marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in commercial property is beneficial, though not essential.

    What We're Looking For
    • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (minimum 1 year PQE).
    • Solid experience in residential property conveyancing.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Commitment to client service and professional integrity.
