The Role:

• Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion

• Dealing with sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold transactions

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of files

• Contributing to the firm's excellent local reputation through quality client care

• Experienced in handling residential property transactions independently
