We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our clients thriving and supportive property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to further their career in residential conveyancing within a busy and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Handling a variety of matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and shared ownership.
• Providing expert legal advice and delivering exceptional client care.
• Proactively progressing transactions and liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, clients, and other solicitors.
• Meeting financial and billing targets while maintaining high standards of compliance and service.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in independently managing residential conveyancing files.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented approach to case management.
