A top firm with a strong reputation is seeking a Residential Conveyancer (2+ PQE) to join their Gatwick office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious lawyer to take on responsibility, manage their own caseload, and play a key role in developing the firm's presence in the local area.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions.

• Deliver excellent client care, acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the process.

• Handle your own billing and ensure effective financial management of files.

• Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships, helping to establish and grow the conveyancing offering in Gatwick.

• Participate in business development and networking activities to expand the firm's profile in the region.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or highly experienced Conveyancer.

• Minimum 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.

• Confident in handling a caseload with minimal supervision.

• Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with an interest in growing a team and department.

• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
