Residential Property Executive

Location: Chandler's Ford
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Remuneration Package: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

A ranked and progressive law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Executive to join its busy Residential Property team. This is a great opportunity to join a recognised practice offering flexibility, autonomy, and long-term career development.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Sales and purchases

• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity

• New build developments

• Shared ownership transactions

• Leasehold and freehold matters

You will handle matters from instruction to completion, maintaining excellent communication with clients and referrers throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload independently

• Delivering high-quality client care

• Building strong relationships with agents, developers and referrers

• Supporting business development activity

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures

• Working collaboratively within a ranked firm environment

About You

• Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload

• New build or shared ownership experience desirable, not essential

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Confident, client-focused communicator

• Experience-led rather than qualification-led
