Residential Conveyancer - London - Progressive Multi-Disciplinary Firm
Location: London (Office-based or Hybrid options considered)

A dynamic and fast-growing multi-disciplinary law firm in London is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancing professional seeking to work in a supportive, high-performing legal environment with a strong focus on client care and efficiency.
The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The role offers exposure to a steady pipeline of work from a diverse client base, with the opportunity to develop and grow within a forward-thinking practice.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Drafting contracts, conducting searches, and managing the exchange and completion process
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
  • Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal standards
  • Maintaining excellent client service and clear communication throughout each matter


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing (minimum 2+ years preferred)
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
  • Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident, client-focused, and a proactive problem-solver
