Development Associate (NQ-3 PQE)

Overview
The team is looking to hire a Development Associate (NQ-3 PQE) to support ongoing and upcoming projects, particularly as they anticipate a couple of team members moving on in the near future. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle and contribute meaningfully to project delivery.

Key Requirements

• 
  Experience:
  • Open to candidates from newly qualified up to three years' post qualification experience.
  • Experience in land acquisition and site assembly is beneficial, though not essential - candidates with either limited or extensive exposure will be considered

• Knowledge & Skills:
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to assess risks and opportunities within development projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a busy development team.
  • A strong, practical understanding of the end to end development process, from initial site identification and acquisition through planning, construction, and completion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Legally trained or with property/development background (flexible depending on the team's needs).
• Strong communicator with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks.
