  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • New builds
  • Shared ownership
  • Lease extensions and property finance

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to business development, nurture junior team members, and play a key role in maintaining the firm's excellent reputation.

What the Firm Looks For
Applicants should demonstrate the firm's core values and have:

  • A consistently friendly, approachable and can-do attitude
  • Clear, jargon-free communication with clients and colleagues
  • A calm, organised approach even under pressure
  • Confidence using modern IT systems and legal software
  • A team-oriented mindset with a supportive and nurturing approach
  • A genuine pride in their work and the ability to take ownership of client issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client contact management

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC with significant residential conveyancing experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience supervising and supporting junior staff or paralegals
  • Strong verbal and written communication at all levels
  • Able to run a caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed targets
  • Experience in marketing, networking, and business development
  • Proactive in identifying client needs and cross-referring to other teams

Desirable Attributes

  • Sees beyond immediate tasks to identify longer-term client opportunities
  • Takes pride in selling on service and values, not just price
  • Enjoys winning new work and following up on viable client enquiries
  • Demonstrates leadership by managing and supporting team performance

If you're an experienced residential conveyancer looking to take the next step in your career within a progressive, values-driven team, this role offers genuine autonomy, support and long-term growth.
