A growing regional firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer (1-10 PQE) to join its Littlehampton office.

This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to handle a varied residential caseload within a dynamic and performance-rewarding environment.

The Role

You will manage:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including new build and shared ownership)

• Re-mortgages

• Transfers of equity

• Lease extensions

• Equity releases

About You

• 1-10 PQE

• Confident managing matters independently

• Strong client care focus

• Motivated and commercially aware
