Location: Worthing
Salary: £50,000-£90,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Full-time

A well-regarded regional firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer (1-10 PQE) to join its established Worthing office.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied residential caseload within a supportive and well-structured team, with strong administrative backing and regular salary reviews linked to performance.

The Role

You will manage a broad caseload including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including new build and shared ownership)

• Re-mortgages

• Transfers of equity

• Lease extensions (voluntary and statutory)

• Equity releases

About You

• 1-10 PQE (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)

• Confident running files independently from instruction to completion

• Strong client care and communication skills

• Organised and commercially aware
