Salary: £50,000-£90,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Full-time

A respected regional firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer (1-10 PQE) to join its busy Bognor Regis office.

This role offers a broad and consistent caseload alongside excellent team support and clear earning progression.

The Role

Caseload includes:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including new build and shared ownership)

• Re-mortgages

• Transfers of equity

• Lease extensions

• Equity releases

About You

• 1-10 PQE

• Comfortable managing a full residential caseload

• Strong organisational and client-facing skills

• Target-driven and commercially minded
