Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer - Hastings

3+ PQE | £55,000-£75,000 | Full-Time, Permanent

We're working with a growing and well-established law firm in Hastings that's looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its expanding team.

This is a great opportunity for a confident conveyancer who enjoys managing their own caseload and being part of a collaborative, forward-moving practice.

The Role

• Managing 20-25 new residential conveyancing files per month

• Handling a varied caseload including:

  • Residential sales and purchases

  • Freehold and leasehold matters

  • Re-mortgages

  • Transfers of equity

  • New builds (preferred but not essential)

• Supporting business development activity where required

• Full-time hours: 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday

• Office-based role in Hastings

About You

• 3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive

• Able to run files independently from instruction to completion

• Strong communication and client-care skills

• Comfortable working at pace in a busy conveyancing environment
