Residential Conveyancer (1+ PQE)

An established and growing law firm in Morden is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (1+ PQE) to join its friendly and professional property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer looking to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive and well-structured firm.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a full range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfer of equity
• New build and shared ownership matters
• Lease extensions and variations
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors

The position is office-based, offering strong administrative support and the opportunity to work alongside experienced conveyancing professionals in a collaborative team environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 1+ year PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident in managing files independently from start to finish
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
• Knowledge of case management systems and Land Registry/SDLT processes
