Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is looking for a supportive, collaborative environment with the flexibility of hybrid working.

The Role

You will handle a broad caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters
• Title checks, drafting contracts, and dealing with lenders

You will be supported by a friendly team, with strong administrative and paralegal assistance available. The firm places real emphasis on quality client care, repeat business, and building long-term relationships.

About You

• 2+ years' PQE as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (or Legal Executive equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and Land Registry requirements
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a hybrid environment
