An established and highly regarded high-street law firm in North London is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to handle a mixed caseload of residential and light commercial property transactions. The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a broad range of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. The caseload includes freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases, as well as smaller-scale commercial transactions such as lease assignments and purchases of commercial premises. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety and autonomy within a friendly and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Running your own caseload of both residential and commercial property files
• Managing freehold and leasehold transactions for both domestic and commercial clients
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and related legal documents
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction
• Maintaining excellent standards of client service and legal compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing with some exposure to commercial property work
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced fee earner
• Ability to manage transactions independently from start to finish
• Strong organisational, communication, and client care skills
• Comfortable working in a traditional high-street practice environment
