Salary: £28,000 - £45,000 (DOE), with further negotiation for those with management experience
A well-established and thriving law firm in Winchester is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Residential Property Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive Property Team. About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role handling a broad caseload of residential property work, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Shared ownership and new build transactions
- Managing files from initial instruction through to post-completion
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties
You will be working in a collaborative team environment where individual billing targets are not enforced. Instead, the firm encourages shared team goals and a supportive working culture that prioritises client care and staff wellbeing.

Candidate Profile

- A minimum of 1 year PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing

- Dedication to delivering a high standard of service to clients
- Experience with case management systems is an advantage
While the role is primarily office-based, some flexibility to work from home may be available when appropriate.
