The Role

As Residential Property Conveyancer, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and new build transactions.

• Handle files from instruction through to post-completion.

• Liaise effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties.

• Deliver a high standard of client care in line with the firm's personable and supportive culture.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone with:

• At least 1 year's PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing.

• Strong technical ability and attention to detail.

• Experience with case management systems (advantageous but not essential).
