A well-established and highly respected regional law firm, recognised as a leader in property and new homes law, is seeking an experienced Remote Conveyancer to join its expanding Residential Property team.

With a proud history dating back to over a century, the firm provides straightforward and professional legal advice to private clients and businesses across England and Wales. Operating from modern offices in central Reading and Bracknell, the firm has built a reputation for excellence in conveyancing, family law, and wills and probate.

The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters-from sales and purchases (including new builds and leaseholds) to transfers of equity and re-mortgages-handling transactions from instruction through to completion. The position offers the flexibility of remote working, supported by a collaborative and knowledgeable office-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently managing a range of residential property transactions
  • Providing clear, professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and clients
  • Utilising conveyancing case management systems (LEAP experience is advantageous)
  • Ensuring all matters are handled in compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards


Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
  • Confident in managing a varied and busy caseload autonomously
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent client care
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to file management
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (preferred)
