An established and growing law firm in North West London is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its thriving conveyancing department. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including high-value and leasehold matters, remortgages, and complex refinancing. You'll work closely with a diverse client base-from first-time buyers to seasoned investors-and play a key role in shaping the growth of the conveyancing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle residential transactions from instruction to post-completion
• Manage freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Draft and review contracts, conduct title investigations, and prepare reports
• Liaise with clients, agents, brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the process
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and firm policies

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Solid technical knowledge across sales, purchases, leasehold, and refinancing
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent client care and communication abilities
• A proactive, commercially-minded attitude with a desire to contribute to team success
