Overview:
A well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its successful and growing Residential Conveyancing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated fee earner to manage their own caseload and contribute to the strategic development of a highly respected property department.
This role is based across our offices in Kent, with flexibility on primary location (either Sevenoaks or West Wickham area).



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
  • Provide an outstanding standard of client care and communication
  • Maintain accurate and efficient case management using internal systems
  • Ensure all financial transactions and billing are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support the wider business through networking and business development opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with estate agents, referrers, and clients
  • Supervise support staff and contribute to mentoring within the team
  • Uphold compliance with all regulatory and risk management procedures
  • Actively contribute to marketing initiatives and departmental growth


About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 1+ year PQE
  • Solid background in residential conveyancing with a proven track record of managing your own files
  • Strong working knowledge of conveyancing procedures and case management systems
  • Commercially minded with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • A proactive, collaborative and supportive team player
  • Enthusiastic about networking and contributing to business development
