The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing ranked London firm. This is a chance to take on a broader and more varied workload than typically found in specialist teams, spanning over both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. The arrival of two leading Partners from a top firm has brought a significant pipeline of high-quality work. They now have ambitious plans to continue growth and are seeking an Associate who is keen to progress their career within an expanding group.

The Team and Work
In this role you will have the opportunity to lead matters independently, with exposure to high-profile developments, such as offices and data-centers, co-living schemes, and other investment and development projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating contracts relating to acquisitions, development, and disposals.
• Conducting and supervising due diligence and preparing clear, commercial reports.
• Providing clients with focused, pragmatic legal advice aligned with their commercial objectives.
• Managing client communication, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality service.

Who We're Looking For

• Have 26 years' PQE with strong experience in commercial development or real estate transactions.
• Have confidence in working on multiplex matters with high levels of responsibility.
• Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and value cross-practice teamwork.
• Are motivated to grow and develop within a market leading real estate practice.
