Associate - Residential Property (Solicitor / Legal Executive)

Location: Southampton
Experience: 2+ PQE (guide)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £60,000-£90,000 DOE

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of high-quality residential property matters, including:

• High-value freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Transactions involving listed buildings and large parcels of land

• Complex and time-sensitive matters

• Acting for high-net-worth individuals and repeat clients

You will also:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Play a key role in the continued growth of the team

• Support junior team members where appropriate

• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive

• Ideally 2+ PQE (or equivalent experience)

• Experience handling high-value or complex residential transactions

• Strong client care and communication skills

• Commercially aware with an interest in business development

• Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing team
