Residential Property Solicitor (1+ PQE)

We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE to join our well-established and highly regarded Residential Property & Conveyancing team.

Our team is one of the largest in Kent, advising a broad range of clients across the South East, London, and nationwide. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor looking to build their career within a supportive, collaborative, and professional environment.

🔹 The Role

You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Mortgages and re-mortgages

• New-build transactions

• High-value and listed properties

• Lease extensions and enfranchisement

• Probate and matrimonial-related transfers

You will work closely with clients, agents, and third parties, supported by experienced colleagues and administrative staff to ensure smooth and efficient case progression.

🔹 About You

We're looking for a solicitor who:

• Has at least 1 year of PQE in residential conveyancing

• Can manage a varied caseload independently and confidently

• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and team members

• Is organised and detail-focused

• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and delivering excellent client service
