Looking for a talented Real Estate Finance Associate to join a top-tier, nationally recognised practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions within a highly collaborative and forward thinking team.

About the Role
As a Real Estate Finance Associate, you will:

• Support a broad range of Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt transactions for lender and sponsor clients.
• Draft and negotiate finance documents including facility agreements, syndication letters, mezzanine documentation, priority arrangements and intercreditor agreements.
• Gain exposure to financing across multiple asset classes-offices, residential, retail, logistics, hotels and more.
• Help drive the project management of transactions, working closely with partners, associates, and paralegals.
• Contribute to sector-focused groups, expanding your technical expertise and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

Recent Highlights

• Advised on a €1.1bn pan-European logistics portfolio transaction, including bridge financing, acquisition financing, and large-scale refinancing.
• Acted on a c.£500m facility for three major BTR properties in London, refinancing approximately £1bn of existing debt-one of the largest UK deals of its kind.
• Advised a lender syndicate on a £215m investment facility for a nationwide supermarket portfolio, including an accordion line to support future acquisitions.
